An initial consultation will be a starting point of our meeting. Here we will identify ideas and brainstorm the rooms to be transformed. Jennifer may take a first measure and photographs, with discussions over time frames and budget. A follow on email with be offered to show an indication of likely costs.

Cost to Client: £70 per hour
Jennifer will create individualised design concepts showcasing furniture options, lighting styles, colour swatches, material and fabric selections, furniture finishes, and flooring samples. During the second meeting, projected budgets, timelines, and a curated selection of design styles will be discussed in detail.
The final interior scheme will then be presented to the client, including physical samples of the selected materials, allowing the client to see, feel, and better visualise how the design will translate into their home. At this stage, detailed working drawings will also be provided, including furniture space planning to ensure optimal flow, lighting and electrical layouts, window treatment designs, and bespoke joinery concepts. Client feedback is essential at this point, and upon approval of the final scheme, project management arrangements will be put in place.
Cost to Client: £650 per room design
Meeting with Jennifer’s network of local and established builders / contractors for quotation on works, arranging suitable working days and timescales.
A client’s schedule of works will be produced so that the client is aware of what contractors whom are going to be working. Site visit will be a regularly agreed upon to keep track of the project deadlines
All sourcing of chosen furniture will be ordered and delivery will be project managed so that the furniture is delivered on time to the project schedule.

Project management of delivery of all furniture items, carpet, curtains suppliers, and bespoke joiners will be installed together so that your project is completed on time.
